Responsibilities
- Meet with customers face-to-face to provide information on products and services
- Answer questions and guide customers through available options
- Represent client accounts in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates

- Communicate customer feedback and trends to leadership
